Faulty garments will be replaced provided they are returned within 7 days of you receiving the goods. A replacement will be offered and sent at no extra charge or a full refund including the original post and packaging, and the cost of returning the item will be given. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting.
Returned goods (without embroidery) that are not suitable but have no faults must also be returned within 7 days of being received and a full refund will be given excluding the cost of our original despatch charges. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting.
Please note that all garments that have customised embroidery cannot be returned for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices are subject to alteration although every effort will be given to keeping the Website up to date. No goods will be despatched at a price other than that quoted without first notifying the purchaser.
Stock availability may be outwith the control of Balmoral Mill Shop and we will contact you if an alternative comparable product is available for your decision on whether to supply or not.
