Combining state-of-the-art technology and systems, highest quality materials, and five generations of knitwear experience, Balmoral knitwear’s corporate range provides the fastest and most reliable service for our corporate range of knitwear products.
We continually invest in new machinery and yarn technology. For example, all our 50% Wool 50% Acrylic yarns are Teflon®-treated during the dyeing process.
We manufacture in our own factory in Scotland using only OEKO-Tex certified yarns. We also have carefully selected, ethically sound, off-shore partners in Eastern Europe for certain stock styles and for larger made-to-order quantities. Only those adhering to high standards are used.
Stock styles for corporate, workwear & uniform
Plain garments:
No minimum, usually same day despatch
Embroidered garments:
Minimum 6, usually 10-14 days to despatch
Bespoke knitwear manufacture for corporatewear and uniform contracts
From our own factory in Scotland:
- Minimum 24 in standard styles using inhouse yarns, including minimum 6 per size
- Usually 4-6 weeks lead-time
- 10 and 7 gauge fabrics including Shima Seiki fashioning
From our off-shore partners:
- Minimum 250, depending on style
- Wide range of fabrics
- 8-12 weeks lead-time
